First download and install VLC media player, an open source program with wide filetype compatibility from their official website (it´s just like 40 MB heavy, it should download really fast):
Then watch this video (direclty at our Google Drive) to learn how to add and synchronize subtitles, it´s pretty easy and done in a few steps, the video lasts just a few seconds so dont worry about time wasting:
